Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as a point of contact between customers and internal teams..
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Profile

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in maintaining records and preparing reports.
