Company Overview:

Lynx Recruitment are partnered with a huge global Consultancy that specialises in Business IT Architecture/Integration and Business Change.

Position Overview:

They are seeking an established Data Architect with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. As a Data Architect, you'll play a key role in understanding and defining client's vision, strategy and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver class leading Data Architecture & high-quality consulting to clients.
  • Assist clients in defining a strategy, taking responsibility to convert it into an integrated vision of the future
  • Ensure change is mapped to a delivery roadmap and is tracked across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Identifying, shaping and managing change and its organisational impact
  • Develop, communicate and align the context of the business across Data Architecture and Enterprise Architecture
  • Help clients understand the value of Data Architecture and what they need to do to make it sustainable in the long term.
  • Support all business activities; shape and design change strategies for a proposal; attending client meetings

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Must be degree educated within an IT or Business-related field
  • Demonstrable experience in Analysis and Data Architecture including utilisation of relevant tools, frameworks and models e.g. process mapping, capability mapping, value streams, data modelling, current and target operating models, strategy definition.
  • Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Must have strong stakeholder management skills
