- Overseeing the daily operations of the property.
- Managing all aspects of the reception area, including customer service and administration.

- Resolving any issues or complaints from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Coordinating building maintenance and repairs.
