Children's Social Worker - Assessment Team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of children and families referred to the service, focusing on identifying needs and risks.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective intervention and support.
- Work closely with schools, health-care providers, and other agencies to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Take immediate and decisive action to protect children at risk, ensuring their safety and well-being are always prioritised.
- Prepare and present reports for court proceedings, advocating for the best outcomes for children.
