**The Role:
As Senior Sales Executive, you'll lead business development in the region — identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities with key decision-makers. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage your own pipeline of new business opportunities
- Engage and consult with senior stakeholders across a variety of industries
- Deliver effective proposals and close deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Represent Avena at industry events and networking opportunities
**What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in environmental, waste or facilities sectors
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to win trust
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sustainability
- Based in Norfolk (or willing to travel regularly within the region)
- Ability to evidence a complex sale involving buyers and influencers where you have to recieve more than one yes
