Role: Chief Technology Officer
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £150,000 - £200,000
Our client is a multi-award-winning online marketing company who in recent years have grown from 20 million to 100+ million in revenue - outstanding figure for a tech start-up in South England.
We are currently looking for an experienced CTO to help our client drive innovation and growth within their Technical Team.
The successful candidate will lead 4 Teams across Field, Helpdesk, Project and Consultancy and deliver improvement of high-level strategy, recruitment & culture.

- Experience Leading & Managing Teams of 20+ Staff
- Experience Developing High Level Strategies for Commercial, Technological & Team Growth
- Prior Experience in the Technology or Marketing Space
