I am recruiting for a mobile Handy Person / Maintenance Engineer to work on a permanent contract with a Facilities Management company on one of their contracts covering London south East / East Anglia.
This is a Full-time role where you will be employed directly by the company and paid a monthly salary as well as be provided with a work van - all expenses paid!!

Mobile Responsibilities: To undertake general maintenance duties at a various locations in London and surrounding areas.
Duties include:
- Ensure maintenance of health and safety standards;
- Ensure safety, good operation of services and cleanliness of premises;
- Emergency light testing;
- Fire Alarm checks;
- Water temperature checking;
- Check security (doors/locks/alarms) of premises;
- General maintenance and repairs as requested;
- Basic plumbing and electrical works (if qualified);
- Carry out decorating and minor refurbishment works;
- Report issues requiring specialist intervention;
- Working with another Handy person where necessary.
Experience and Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Handy person / Multi skilled Engineer
Full driving license - Works vehicle provided
This is an opportunity to manage your own day so we are looking for someone reliable; and self motivated who enjoys taking responsibility for their own work load
Good working knowledge of health and safety and compliance is ideal along with painting , fixing and repairs experience
