What you will be doing:

We are looking for a HR Administrator to work on an ongoing temporary contract. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about human resources, we want to hear from you!

As an HR Administrator, you will be:

  • Overseeing Recruitment Procedures: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Monitoring Sickness and Absence: Tracking and managing employee sickness and absence records, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensuring HR Policies and Procedures are Updated: Regularly reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and effective communication to all employees.
  • Managing Email Correspondence: Handling HR department email correspondence, promptly responding to inquiries and redirecting emails to appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Receiving and Processing Applications: Receiving and processing job applications, organizing application materials, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
  • Performing General Typing and Correspondence: Performing general typing duties, including drafting, and editing correspondence, reports, and documents, utilizing mail merge for bulk communications when necessary.

What we are looking for:

As HR Administrator, you will have the skills and experience in the following:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Hours & Benefits:

  • Mon - Fri 8.30am -3.30pm
