What you'll do:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the finance department. You will be responsible for monitoring and analysing accounting data, producing financial reports, establishing proper accounting methods, coordinating annual audits, providing recommendations for improvements, and managing budgeting processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with management teams will be key to your success in this role.

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Provide recommendations to improve systems and financial performance
  • Work closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
  • Manage budgeting processes and conduct financial forecasting

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager
  • QBE or ACCA, ACA,CIMA Qualified
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
