Please note: this role can be either part-time or full time based on the successful candidates preference, however Mondays are a mandatory required day in the office

About The Job:

Are you an enthusiastic and proactive individual with exceptional organisational and multitasking skills? Our client is seeking a talented PA to support their Chief Executive and Senior Management Team. As a key member of the team, you will ensure the smooth running of administrative functions and play an essential role in assisting the Management Board.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential personal assistant support to the Chief Executive
  • Support the research, planning, and delivery of projects and initiatives
  • Manage the Chief Executive's diary, prioritising appointments and maintaining a balance between meetings and working time
  • Assist with diary management for Partners and Senior Management Team
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, ensuring all arrangements and equipment are in place
  • Take minutes and distribute them within the required time-frames
  • Implement effective communication systems, including handling phone calls, emails, and post
  • Prepare documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and summarise information for the Chief Executive and Management Board
  • Assist with office and business management tasks, such as procurement and document management
  • Support the Chief Executive in creating an inclusive and supportive culture within the organisation
  • Embrace the organisation's values and promote collaboration, integrity, and well-being in the workplace

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driving licence and access to own transport for business travel
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evening and weekend work
