THE COMPANY:

- Mens tailoring, RTW and accessories.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Maximise Sales and the potential of Staff.
- Ensuring all staff are trained and competent in using store systems.
- Assisting with the implementation of all new policies and procedures.
- Stock Management.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Solid experience of at least 3 years working in a Store Management position.
- Experience of working within retail. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an organised and proactive approach.
- The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success.
- There is a requirement to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends at times.
THE PACKAGE:
- Basic salary up to £ 38,000 per annum plus Bonus
