Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our client on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the creative industry, bringing a unique blend of HR expertise and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this sector. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy, supporting our talented team, and driving our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and culture.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, on-boarding, and retention strategies to attract and keep top creative talent.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance review processes that encourage growth and development.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Solid experience in a HRBP role, preferably within the creative industry.

  • Education: Ideally CIPD Qualified but not essential. You must be able to demonstrate sound Employment Law knowledge, including most recent updates and changes.

  • Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • A deep understanding of the unique challenges of the creative industry.
