Newstaff Employment Services are currently recruiting for a Weld Cleaning Operative for a large Pipe Coupling manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes

This is a seated job role, cleaning TIG welded Stainless Steel
Duties will include:
- Using a hand-held brush and solution to clean
- Cleaning stainless steel items
- Occasional press forming duties if required
Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing background
- Good awareness of quality, health & safety, and environmental requirements
- Good attitude and work ethic
- Willing to learn new skills
- Good English both spoken and written as you will be reading work instructions
Salary and shift:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating Shift 6an to 2pm and then 12pm to 8am
- £11.44 per hour while on probation
- Hourly rate increases once taken on permanent after 3 months
