Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement changes to the global infrastructure
- Managing and maintaining the infrastructure
- Dealing with design documentation
- Solid understanding of cloud computing
- Automating processes
- Monitoring performance and providing support
Requirements
- Experience creating design documentation
- Worked with M365 services | Sharepoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, CoPilot
- Dealing with Microsoft Purview implementations
- Ensuring security and compliance of the M365/Purview
- Experience with providing technical support
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud environments
- Relevant Microsoft Qualifications
