Senior Conveyancer

Salary:
£28,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year + Additional Pay (Bonuses/Commission)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and progress a caseload of approximately 50 files.
- Handle Freehold Sale and Purchase transactions.
- Work on new builds, lease extensions, and shared ownership transactions.
- Ensure compliance with UK property law and conveyancing procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 1+ years of residential conveyancing experience.
- Proven track record of managing a caseload independently for over 12 months
- Knowledge of UK property law, conveyancing procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office.
