We are looking for an experienced analyst to join our Credit Risk team. The role will require a data-driven approach to build new insights. These insights will be used to drive change and efficiency within the business that will help our customers be debt-free.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing
- Produce analysis that will support E.ON Next's goal of reducing customer debt.
- Work with stakeholders in Credit Operations and beyond to understand their teams' performance and identify opportunities to improve debt outcomes.
- Use data to deliver new insights into business performance, enabling value-adding changes to be made.
- Become a subject-matter expert on credit management processes.
- Work across teams to deliver improvements to credit and debt management processes.
- Support the development of yourself and others in the Credit Risk Team.
Are we the perfect match?
- Proven ability to take raw data and turn it into fresh insights
- Proficient at using SQL and spreadsheets for data analysis
- Knows how to present technical information in a compelling way to stakeholders, especially to those who may not be technical experts.
- Able to link their analysis to the bigger picture and unlock commercial value.
- A team player who is committed to supporting their colleagues and collaborating with stakeholders in other parts of the business
- A strong desire to understand how operational processes work and can be improved.
It would be great if you had
- Experience using Python for data analysis
- Experience using Tableau for data visualisation
- An understanding of the UK energy and/or utilities markets
- Knowledge of machine learning and data science
- Experience in collections or credit management
