HR Advisor

We're excited to be working with a fantastic charity in central London to recruit an HR Advisor that will support on the full employee lifecycle.

The role will provide essential support to managers, ensuring they are maximising team, as well as ensure the most effective HR processes and policies are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managers and employees on all elements of employee relations including disciplinary, sickness/absence, and grievance
  • Lead on end to end recruitment campaigns, working with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and advising on best approach
  • Be responsible for the creation of regular and ad hoc people reports for senior stakeholders
  • Support with the development and maintaining of all HR policies and processes, updating and improving when necessary
  • Own the people database, including making necessary improvements to ensure it is fit for purpose

Key Experience:

  • Strong experience leading on employee relations cases
  • Excellent experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Evidenced experience with the full employee life-cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding
  • CIPD qualified
