THE TEAM MANAGER ROLE:
This role requires team leadership and management experience and would be suited to someone who is capable of motivating themselves and others to meet company targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to solve problems creatively, and demonstrate strong time management. Additionally, they should efficiently prioritise both their own workload and that of their team.
