Joining a leading organisation in warranty and mechanical breakdown across Europe, they are independent experts in the automotive and insurance sector, with over 40 years' experience, operating in 9 European markets. The Accounts Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining successful relationships with various independent groups, driving growth in the business portfolio. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will leverage their creativity and deep understanding of the sales process to devise and implement innovative strategies for business expansion. Your main goals will be to grow sales portfolio to achieve targets, deliver on all contractual KPI's, develop and maintain successful relationships and be a proactive member of the team.

To Ensure Your Success

Ideally, the candidate will have a proven track record in previous account management roles, demonstrating exceptional communication and telephone skills. A high level of proficiency in using IT systems and CRM tools is essential, along with strong customer service and negotiation abilities. Additionally, the candidate should possess well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. While experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable, it is not mandatory.
