Data Entry Administrator Newark, Full Time, Permanent £24,000 Per annum
We are seeking multiple Data Entry Administrators for our Newark based client on a full time basis. You will be joining a busy, and welcoming team and get the opportunity to learn new skills within an exciting industry.
THE ROLE
As a Data Entry Administrator your duties will include:
- Data Entry and rate loading to be implemented on a range of bespoke packages relating to the industry
- Analysing data and providing advice for key stakeholders on how to use various systems
- Responding to inbound queries via live chat, telephone, email, web forms -up to 50 tickets/enquiries at one time
- Supporting the team on projects and working to deadlines
- Dealing with complaints efficiently and effectively
- Confidently and accurately sourcing information and providing your knowledge on a B2B and B2C basis via telephone and email to make sure that precise information is recorded
THE CANDIDATE
Experience required to be a successful Data Entry Administrator includes:
- Highly proficient knowledge of Excel and exceptional IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accurate data analyser to maintain consistency to updating data between systems
- Experience of the customer service industry
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Multiple languages including Dutch and German would be an advantage (not essential)
