Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
About Us: A leading Digital Marketing agency in Birmingham, working with a range of diverse clients. Looking for a Social Media Executive to join their growing team and support their expanding client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Plan and execute engaging and creative organic content tailored to each platform.
- Design and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, budget management, and ROI.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and the achievement of business goals.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, increasing brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. (1+ years)
- Agency experience desirable
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Meta & LinkedIn Ads experience
- Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
