Day to day of the role:
- Engage with customers in our showroom and at their homes, providing a professional and positive experience.
- Advise customers on the best product options for their needs, maintaining a consultative sales approach.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the company's reputation for quality and service is upheld.
- Work towards achieving the business's sales targets and aims.
- Maintain excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay motivated and passionate about our products and the level of service provided.
