Our manufacturing client is looking for a Prepping Operator in the Portsmouth area
Responsibilities:
- Heat shrinking.
- Checking of kits as they move from the warehouse into production to ensure all parts are present in the kit and they match what is required.
- Cutting and stripping of wires.
- Operating the label machine to label cable assemblies.
- Any other support skilled assemblers may require.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Attention to detail.
- Experience within a factory environment.
- Basic IT skills.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, and Friday 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
