Are you a Sales Administrator or similar looking to join a thriving environmental company that has big expansion plans, who offer you a varied role within the heart of the sales function, the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis after probation and the opportunity to progress your career into senior positions?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-run professional company that provides water hygiene and water treatment services throughout the UK to control and prevent Legionnaires' disease. Due to the nature of the business and their growth plans they are looking for a candidate with a strong administrative background who can communicate effectively with their existing clients and potential new business.
This varied role will see you at the centre of the sales department, you will often be the first port of call for new business enquiries and the main point of contact for existing customers and their needs. You will be responsible for both telephone and email enquiries, preparing and chasing quotations, renewing contracts and overall support for the sales team.
This role would suit a Sales Administrator or similar looking to join an expanding company who have big goals and plans for the future, who will offer you the opportunity to progress into a hybrid role and expand your skills to be a leading figure within the team and enhance your career.
The Role:
- Telephone and Email Enquiries - New Business and Existing Clients
- Preparing and Chasing Quotations
- Contract Renewals
- General Sales Administration and Sales Support
- Monday to Friday (8:30-5:00PM)
