CRM Analyst (Hybrid 2 days per week in Glasgow)
Head Resourcing is pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading pensions and mutual funds companies, seeking a CRM Analyst. This pivotal role enables individuals from non-technical backgrounds to create software applications, automate processes, and develop digital solutions using low-code or no-code platforms such as Creatio. Citizen Developers utilise their Customer Service and/or Back Office knowledge and creativity to boost operational efficiency, innovate business processes, and spearhead digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design software solutions or automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Application Development: Create and tailor applications, interfaces, and workflows to meet specific business needs without needing extensive coding skills, using user-friendly development tools.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and develop workflows to streamline tasks, minimise manual efforts, and enhance overall productivity.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform comprehensive testing of developed solutions to ensure they function correctly, are user-friendly, and comply with company standards and best practices.
- Deployment and Maintenance: Roll out applications and automation solutions into production environments and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance as required.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, and end-users, to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in low-code/no-code development to continually enhance skills and capabilities.
- Governance and Compliance: Follow company policies, data security guidelines, and regulatory requirements while developing and deploying software solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of business processes and workflows within the Life/Pension/Insurance sector or similar industries.
- Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms such as Creatio, Microsoft Power Apps, Appian, Mendix, or similar tools is desirable but not mandatory if willing to learn and possess the right aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts and databases is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and innovation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.
Salary:
£36.5-42k
Hybrid working:
