*Leading Real Estate Developer - Content Creator - ASAP start - paying up £42,000 - East London*
My client is one of the leading real estate developer's across the UK. There looking for an established content creator to join a team of 8 strong within marketing for that set division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts both for print and digital collateral, including brochures, advertising, invitations, direct mail, web banners, eDM's, social media creatives and all hoarding
- Draw floorplans from technical sales plans
- Producing internal and all external presentation documents
- Formatting / updating / amending historic marketing collateral
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts such as animations, gifs etc
- Presenting ideas and concepts to internal clients
