With a strong reputation for providing exceptional insurance solutions to businesses, this brokerage is committed to delivering top-notch service and expert advice.
As a New Business Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the brokerage. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts for the first 12 months, and ensuring a smooth transition to the renewals team. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with excellent bonus opportunities based on performance and business generated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance sector utilising leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice.
- Manage client accounts for the first 12 months, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the renewals team to ensure a seamless handover of accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the brokerage.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the commercial insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market trends.
