The Advocate Group are again delighted to be leading the search for an Activation Manager on behalf of Monster Energy.

As IKA Activation Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the International Key Account Director to develop and execute the strategies and plans necessary to meet the organisation's business development deliverables.

Your focus will be working with Internal Teams such as Category, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Digital and our local teams in market to drive business value, while adhering to the commercial strategy.

The Role

  • Supporting the development & execution of strategically targeted IKA activity.
  • Assisting in the development of our Customer Intelligence program with our partners such as Circle K & IGD to help gain insights to help enable even better commercial actions and decisions.
  • Project development to help achieve the unlocking of new channel opportunities e.g. multi-market gyms, food aggregators, airlines.
  • Coordinating and rolling out EMEA Best Practices of multi-market customer activity.
  • Design and develop customised shopper marketing program based on customer needs and together with Internal Marketing/ Trade Marketing Teams.
  • Developing creative assets with our internal teams to excite and engage our Key Customers and bottling partners on Monster, the energy category and the energy consumer.
  • Supporting market specific request to unlock IKA opportunities.
  • Evaluate the success of customer activation campaigns through the consolidation of key learnings and return-on-investment analysis.
  • Create and manage a rolling program that can be used to communicate each program to our Key Stakeholders.

The Person

  • Extensive experience in shopper marketing role or equivalent
  • Experience of the FMCG sector, and most key channels
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing project A to Z
  • Strong collaborator, brilliant communicator, relationship builder, stakeholder management
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing and Category Management across various markets.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
