Sales Admin Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a successful local business in a busy, industrious office. My client, based near Thame is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join their team. Duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails.
  • Supporting the sales team.
  • Order taking and processing.
  • Liaising with yard staff for loading/unloading outgoing and incoming orders.
  • Assisting collection of orders by customers.
  • General administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the sales office.

To be successful in this Sales Admin Assistant role you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills with experience in a sales office and a good level of numeracy.
  • Previous experience with the building trade and a background in sales administration desired although not essential as training will be given.

This role will suit someone who likes to be busy and is happy working in a sales office within an industrial space.

Own transport required due to location.

Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with a half hour lunch.

22 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Competitive salary depending on experience.
