A longstanding (20+ years) IT Solutions and Service Provider has an exciting new opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join them as a dedicated resource, supporting the user base and infrastructure of a high-profile customer. The organisation partners with the leading tech vendors and adds to their customer base year upon year, placing them where they are today, one of the UK's best rated MSPs with an extensive list of clients nationwide.
Your role as an IT Support Engineer will involve managing and administering a range of cloud and on-prem platforms and services, providing support to an internal base of users, assisting on internal projects and infrastructure upgrades, and daily system checks/backups.

- Microsoft 365 (inc. Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Windows 10-11 and macOS
- Intune or Jamf
- Azure, Entra ID
- Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
- PowerShell
- AD, Group Policy
- Backup and DR
- Networking, Wi-Fi, and IT Security
- Google Workspace
- Excellent customer service skills (MSP experience desirable)
