Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: £96-£106 per day

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our school community. The successful candidate will work closely with students aged 11-16, offering guidance, support, and organizing activities that enhance their overall well-being and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that support students' social, emotional, and personal development.

Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students, addressing their individual needs and challenges.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

Collaborate with teachers and parents.

Monitor and evaluate the progress of students, making necessary adjustments to programs and interventions.

Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and development.

Qualifications and Skills

A degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience working with young people, ideally within a school setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to plan, organize, and execute activities and programs effectively.

Empathetic, patient, and understanding nature.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
