Hybrid working - 3 days London office / 2 days WFH
Salary £50-60k (dependent of experience) plus strong blue-chip package

- Following a promotion an exciting Category Development Manager opportunity within a high growth division is now waiting you!
Role:
- As Category Development Manager -you will be responsible for developing collaborative category relationship with their key strategic customers; Boots, Superdrug & Sainsbury's
- Key will be growing the total category for the retailer and ensuring they win through being the category expert across shopper and consumer dynamics
- You drive retailer-centric strategies, lead and execute retailer-specific growth projects, optimize range reviews, and maintain strong retailer relationships through regular trade meetings and strategic communication.
- Continually focused on how to unlock opportunities, identifying and influencing support required in order to be successful.
- Internally you'll share Shopper knowledge to help shape future shopper driven action plans to address opportunities and challenges
Ideal candidate:
- Will be an experienced Category Development Manager, or experienced Category Development Executive within the FMCG sector
- With 2 years minimum operating with major Grocery or High Street retailers
- An ability to influence and collaborate effectively across market and functional boundaries.
- Offer excellent story-telling skills, which include a clear call to action!
- Proven ability to lead, challenge and deliver change in a matrix organisation.
- Action-focused mindset with proven ability to deliver through others.
