An opportunity for an experienced People leader is now available for a fast paced, consumer centric organisation based in the Bedfordshire area. Covering the role of OD Manager this position will manage a small team of 5 working across L&D, recruitment, communications & HRIS.
The emphasis being on team management, you will also be managing the implementation of key projects at roll out stage.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Team leadership - review, support and develop
- Talent management - design & delivery up to and including the SLT
- Learning and Development - deployment, analysis, design and 3rd party procurement
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion - drive inclusivity within processes
- Internal Communications
- Resourcing - support the annual resourcing plan, budget/headcount alignment
- Compliance - internal and local to business

This is a 12 month FTC needing a August/September 2024 start.
On average you will need to be onsite 3 days per week but this is a totally flexible workplace and these 3 days are an average to be achieved over the course of a month. Weekly your hours can be worked to suit you.
