This is a great opportunity for an Audit Semi Senior to join a successful Accountancy firm in their Audit department. The ideal candidate will be confident in taking part and carryout the fieldwork on allocated assignments.

Description

  • Lead and manage audit assignments.
  • Ensure all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed time frames..
  • Provide mentorship to junior members of the audit team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in all areas of audit and financial reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Accounting & Finance department.

Profile

Applicants should be working towards the ACA or ACCA qualification and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven track record of audit experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literacy and good working knowledge of accounting software
  • Self-motivation and a proactive and positive attitude to learn and develop
  • Experience of coaching junior members of audit staff on-site
