I am looking for a Maintenance Surveyor in Lincolnshire to join a leading social housing provider on a permanent basis. The Maintenance Surveyor will be responsible for delivering the in-house repairs service and ensuring that surveys, inspections and installations are delivered on time.
Maintenance Surveyor duties:
- Delivery of surveying service across Lincolnshire including advice, specifications, work orders and repairs
- Provide surveying services to both occupied and void properties
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants
- Work on both domestic and non-domestic properties including estates
What is required for the Maintenance Surveyor:
- Experience working within social housing
- Surveying experience
- Ability to work on sites in Lincolnshire including Grimsby and Boston
- Experience in tenanted properties
