Job Profile:
I am currently representing a fantastic regional law firm who are on the market for a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to work in a busy Residential team covering a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
What the NQ Residential Conveyancing roles entails:
- Handling a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase files.
- Deliver effective supervision to any staff reporting in to you. Complete file reviews, on schedule, for any fee earners requested.
- Ensure that new matter opening targets are met for your team
- Ensure personal and team manages files in a manner at all times consistent with any SLAs agreed with referrers of work
- Participate regularly in business development activities to stimulate growth in caseload.
