Out of Hours Travel Consultant - Required for this family owned travel management company. They are looking for experienced business travel consultants to assist their corporate and repatriation clients. Paying up to £30k.
Out of Hours Travel Consultant Duties
- Book travel and hotel accommodation for the Emergency Assistance clients
- Support and understand our client's assistance needs and offer the best professional advice to solve travel and transportation problems and timing
- Manage enquiry through to booking, ensuring effective prioritisation
- Implement operational procedures to ensure growth of client satisfaction
Out of Hours Travel Consultant Skills Required
- Minimum of two years' experience of working in the travel industry
- Knowledge of Galileo is preferable but will consider other GDS
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
- Problem-solving
Out of Hours Travel Consultant Additional Info;
- Paying up to £30k for the right person. All training is to be carried out in the office with the potential to be a hybrid of office (East Hampshire) and home working.
Shifts;
Mon - Fri - 17:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 08:00
Sat - Sun - 08:00 - 18:00 / 12:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 08:00
Shifts can be combined and are available on a part time or full-time basis.
This position will be homebased once fully trained, this can take up to 6 months. Full training will be given in their East Hampshire office.
