Job Title: People Manager
Type: Temp role till end October 2024 (immediate start)
Temp Rate: up to £25per hour (£48,000FTE)
Location: Warwick (Office Based)
Working Hours: 3 Days per week (19,5 hours) - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 9am to 4pm (30min Lunch)
Ideal Candidate:
- Min CIPD level 7 qualified
- Experience of grievances, disputes, complaints and the full disciplinary process
- Tribunal level experience (desirable)
- You will also act as Senior cover during other Senior Staff holidays
