Position Overview
They are seeking an experienced Cold Calling/Outbound champion to join the team. Ideally you will be building a base to achieve Account Management in the future.
This is a great a varied role, working within an experienced, supportive and friendly team. Primarily you will be calling for new business, lapsed accounts & potentially existing business.
The primary responsibility will be to perform cold/outreach to potential clients. This role is crucial in generating a high level of interest in our product range & Identifying opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities & develop new business pipeline through a variety of channels such as cold calling, networking & referrals.
- Build & Maintain relationships with potential customers to drive/increase sales & achieve revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving the customer needs & requirements
- Identify and engage with prospective clients in our relevant sector
