Salary £46,628
Predominantly Home Working - option to work in various Scottish Offices or HQ in Edinburgh
Circa 7 Month Fixed-Term Contract
35 Hours with flexibility
I am delighted that Reed HR are working with one of our fantastic clients in an interesting sector, who are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will join on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave and lead on a generalist and strategic HR remit.
The successful candidate will;
- Partner with specific business units and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Work strategically and operationally on ER cases, recruitment, L&D, performance, engagement, reward and MI analysis
- Assist with OD change programmes such as restructures, redeployments and job evaluations
- Line manage a Junior HR Business Partner
