JOB – Electrical Engineer
LOCATION – Peterborough
TERM – Permanent
SALARY –
£40,000 per annum
A Peterborough based company are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The
Electrical Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- BEng Electrical Engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical design for solar power systems, generators or similar.
- Good knowledge & experience with AC/DC systems.
- Good understanding of the relevant health & safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
- The electrical design & development of solar equipment & products.
- Creating electrical schematics & drawings.
- Development of existing electrical schematics & drawings.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure standards are being met at all times.
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
- Testing & validation.
