Job Title: Branch Manager- Industrial and Commercial recruitment
Salary and package:
£40,000 basic salary, company car allowance (£5,000), 25 days holiday + birthday off, healthcare, dental and optical cash-back scheme, monthly paid commission, awards and recognition trips.
Job profile:
- Managing a small team of billing consultants within the commercial and industrial recruitment space. This role will include active client development and management.
- Driving 360 sales in the branch with responsibility for team P&L and sales forecasting.
- Undertaking regular 1:1, performance reviews with staff and working with all individuals in your team to formulate progression plans and identify training needs.
- Leading by example, managing a core group of key client accounts with an expectation for further business development.
- Reviewing and planning candidate and client attraction strategies, working with internal marketing teams on job board review and other marketing materials.
Experience required:
- Strong background working as a 360 consultant within commercial or industrial recruitment. This is a branch that covers both temporary and permanent placement. Experience/ exposure to both is preferred.
- Ability to identify client attraction strategies within recruitment and evidence your client development ability through prior recruitment billing/ GP figures.
- A knowledge of the Milton Keynes industrial or commercial recruitment market.
Working hours:
5 days per week in the Milton Keynes office, 8.30am - 5pm.
