As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of insolvency and restructuring cases for clients across various industries. Your new role
- Managing a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, including bankruptcies, liquidations, and company voluntary arrangements
- Conducting investigations and reporting on the financial affairs of insolvent individuals and companies
- Communicating with creditors, shareholders, and other stakeholders
- Preparing and submitting reports to regulatory bodies
- Identifying and realizing assets
- Providing advice to clients on insolvency and restructuring matters
- Continuously seeking to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality
What you'll need to succeed
- A professional qualification in insolvency and restructuring, such as the CPI or JIEB
- 2+ years of experience in insolvency and restructuring
- Strong knowledge of insolvency and restructuring law and practice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and new client acquisition
