Providing flexible funding solutions tailored to their clients needs from Bridging, Development Finance to Commercial Property Loans either directly or through a panel of brokers.

The Business Development Manager Role

The company are looking for an ambitious and driven Business development manager who is adept at generating new business as well as maintaining and building on established industry relationships and partnerships.
It is essential that you have the knowledge and skillset to be able to confidently build and maintain relationships and deliver an exceptional level of service that surpasses expectations.

Focusing on London and the surrounding areas, you will;

  • Identify regulated and unregulated bridging brokerages and intermediaries
  • Attend meetings and generate new business partnerships
  • Onboard new brokerages / brokers
  • Be an ambassador for the Bank and the Bank's products and services
  • Be a primary contact for your client products questions and support
  • Manage and maintain excellent relationships to maximise business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate information on all communications
  • Keep up to date on relevant regulatory legislation
