**Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support and drive the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring financial control and contributing to the successful execution of the company's objectives.
- Revenue Streams: Manage diverse revenue streams, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including monthly management accounts, to senior management and the board.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
**Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a Financial Controller role, ideally within a company with a turnover of circa £20M.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and handle complex revenue streams.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
