New Homes Sales Representative - Gt Bentley CO7

A great opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Representative to manage and look after a development of new build properties in the popular village of Gt Bentley, East of Colchester.

New Homes Sales experience is preferred, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Oversee a Home-owners journey and play a critical role in the overall operating business.
  • Responsible for securing reservations in line with our strategic goals, whilst offering the highest level of customer service.
  • Be an accomplished sales professional and take overall responsibility for a new development from start to finish.
  • Responding to enquiries about the development, qualifying the enquiry and selling the features and benefits of our sales assist and part exchange schemes.
  • Securing reservations from customers by presenting and selling to them from the on-site show home and office.
  • Highly motivated sales professional, with a background in New Homes
  • You must have a demonstrable track record of following up, developing leads and converting enquiries as well as consistently hitting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Working on your own and managing your time productively. You will be responsible for the customer's journey from initial enquiry,
  • Show home visit, sales assist appointment, reservation/AML appointment Progressing through to completion.
  • Being responsible for the snagging and after care service.
  • You must be a competent with IT and be able to use excel, word and email as you will be required to complete all your own paperwork and complete weekly and monthly reports.
  • Offering a professional and friendly in your approach, you will be customer service focused whilst empathetic and patient. .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to use your initiative, multi task and work to deadlines.

This New Homes Sales Representative position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to further their New Home Sales career prospects. Local experience is not essential, however an understanding of the news homes process is.
The hours will be:
Thursday to Monday 10.00am to 5.00pm Including Saturday and Sunday
Salary range will be:
£24-28K pa Basic
an OTE of around £32,000pa - £35.000pa
