London Market/Life Insurance - Hybrid Working - Surrey based

6-month Contract

£500 - £575 per annum

A leading London Market/ Life Insurance business based in the UK are looking to hire a Customer Excellence Manager to manage all the areas of excellence such as complaints, quality Audit and technical/credit risk.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a Manager or Customer Excellence Manager who has previously worked heavily on improving areas of excellence and you will be overseeing and managing/leading quality auditing (QA) and working closely with the QA team. You will also have had previous experience working with complaints, technical and credit risk teams. Your role will be vital towards ensuring the highest standards are met.
