We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Accountant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join a dynamic IT Solution company based in London. This company offers hybrid working and most of the team go in to the office one day per week. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Dynamics for the UK and Europe team. This candidate will business partner with key stakeholders and work closely with IT and the finance team. This role requires a strong accounting background, IT proficiency and excellent ERP knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

Lead and manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.

Customize and configure Dynamics modules to meet specific business requirements.

Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and translate them into system functionalities.

System Optimization & Maintenance:

Ensure the ongoing optimization and maintenance of Dynamics ERP systems.
-
Identify and resolve system issues and provide technical support to users.
-
Develop and implement best practices for system usage and data management.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Design and generate accurate financial reports using Dynamics ERP.

Conduct thorough financial analysis to support clients' decision-making processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in all system-generated reports.

Training & Support:

Train clients and internal teams on the use of Dynamics ERP systems.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users to enhance system utilization.

Create and update user manuals and training materials.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.

Communicate project progress and deliverables to stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

Analyze and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Recommend and implement process improvements and automation solutions within the Dynamics ERP framework.
Qualifications:

Education:
-
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.

Proven experience as a Systems Accountant

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (Dynamics 365, AX, F&O NAV, or GP).
