A hugely successful company close to Leigh town centre is looking for an Order Processing Administrator. The role offers a salary of £24,000 progressing up to £25,000 after probation with lots of benefits including free parking, annual bonus, pension scheme, childcare vouchers and holidays that increase to 24 days plus bank holidays over time (including your birthday as an extra day off!), staff rewards and more!
What will you be doing as an Order Processor?
Working in a busy and fast paced department you will be:
- Processing orders using a bespoke system
- Dealing with a high volume of emails and managing inboxes
- Emailing to update customers on the progress of their orders
- Processing amendments to orders, sending purchase orders
- Updating the system and assisting with any administration tasks
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar order processing or administration role
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
- Able to work in a fast paced and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and email
