P4 Recruitment is seeking a Specialist Drug & Alcohol Support Worker to join a dynamic team supporting individuals with complex needs who have experienced domestic abuse. You will be responsible for completing needs and risk assessments, creating support plans, and working closely with partner agencies. This role requires someone who can build empowering relationships, advocate for service users, and work in collaboration with relevant agencies to ensure the best outcomes.
Full Time (37.5hrs) Fixed Term contract July 2025
£25,500 per year
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct needs/risk assessments & support planning
Support individuals with complex needs to live independently
Work with partner agencies for joint support
Act as an advocate for service users with drug/alcohol issues
Maintain accurate records & follow safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
Experience with complex needs (domestic abuse/substance misuse)
Strong communication skills
Full UK driving license & business insurance
